IMO:
Black Widow stays dead
Cap dead for all intents and purposes
Iron Man dead
Different versions of Gamora and Loki
I still think Vision is alive only in a dream form, or maybe is brought back but isn't fully Vision again
That's not too bad. The only thing that makes it bad, I think, would be if any of these theories to bring Tony/Steve/Natasha back ever come true at all. But I don't think the actors want that, so I'm not worried. They didn't stick the landing with Endgame only for them to bring Chris Evans back for another 10 films right away.
Marvel is moving forward with Spider-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, Thor, Guardians, Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, the Eternals, etc.
My only concern would be if they get too obsessed with "passing the mantle." We already have the next-versions of Captain America (Falcon), Black Widow (the blonde from this trailer, potentially), Hawkeye (Kate Bishop, in the Disney+ series), Thor (Jane Foster, possibly [though I doubt it]), Hulk (She-Hulk), etc. etc. etc.
Not being willing to let the Phase 1 Avengers go would be the biggest mistake, IMO. There's a very thin line between resurrecting the dead and keeping them all around "in spirit" with new younger versions. It's okay to let them go. I'm great with keeping a few of those around in name only, but you can have the Avengers without Cap, Iron Man or Black Widow.
