Everyone be sure to understand, this is not Biden doing this, this is the Commie regime protecting itself. It just happens to be Biden's signature.
Go after them, F this piece of paper

A waste of time and resources. I'd rather DOJ spend their time deporting illegal immigrants.
I just saw a rather terrifying comment that if Joe thinks he can preemptively pardon these Trump critics, what keeps him from pardoning every illegal alien in the US as he walks out the door?

It only absolves them from criminal responsibility from their illegal entry or reentry.

It does not prevent them from being deported from the US, which is administrative.

Perfect. Then call every single one of them in to a congressional hearing and WHEN they lie, charge them with perjury. They no longer have the right to plead the fifth and if they say they don't remember, then put all their emails, phone calls, etc on the screen and make them remember.

Do the exact same to Hunter Biden, heck put most of Biden's staff on the stand so we can finally know who was running this country into the ground these last four years.

Lots of sedition and treason to go around for Biden's ilk.
No. I think a legal challenge is in order. The Constitution states the President has the power to pardon people convicted of crimes.

Biden is venturing into New territory with these preemptive pardons.

I get Fauci, Milley, Cheney...

But why the J6 police/officers? Seems a bit out of place doesn't it? Why would they need to be protected? Talk about fueling conspiracy theories, and furthering the narrative it was set up.
The SOL has not run out on Michael Byrd shooting Ashli Babbitt. Must protect him and all others involved in the cover-up.

Drain his bank account(s) indirectly by him having to pay lawyers... and having to pay civil fines?

If part of J6 hearings on the side of Democrats then probably no and all dependent on pardon verbiage.

You cant pardon someone that isn't convicted of anything. I would investigate those POS's anyways.

Innocent people do not need preemptive or any kind of pardon.

Now you know they were guilty and forever identified as criminals.

Right, because innocent people never end up in prison. This about as bad a take as "if you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about."
Keep spinning it, you know they are guilty, we all do. I get it is a bad look but it does not change the fact. These people are criminals and were pardoned because they know they are guilty.

Conviction isn't mentioned anywhere in the pardon power in the constitution. It only refers to "offences." That could be something as little as an act that hasn't been charged.

Consider me a conspiracy theorist. This further proves my gut feeling that something incredibly fishy went down. No other reason to do this.

I'm not advocating for violence but exactly how many Jan 6th protesters are currently in jail awaiting a pardon? I could very easily see one of them going off the rails and seeking payback.

What makes you think I'm spinning anything? My comment has to do with "innocent people don't need a pardon," which is very fake news.

100% fine with a citizen jailed for J6, damaged by a vaccine, or lost a loved one to covid taking matters into their own hands, and then pardoning them. That is where this should go. Natural next step if we don't want to let the judicial system we have established handle things.

its saying nothing about convictions:

Quote:

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

An act having taken place in the past is all that is required. However, the states can pursue. Would love to see Florida and Texas engage. Or even better, some impacted citizens given Biden just gave the green light that he'd rather justice not be handled in court

I doubt anyone in that group would ever be found guilty. But it is certainly rewarding political allies by preventing the need to ever defend themselves from the accusation.

My Google-foo is not strong this morning - I can't seem to come up a list of people that have been pre-emptively pardoned like this. I wonder how long that list? I know Nixon is on it...

but other things like immunity might.

for instance, you wouldn't sue a member of congress for something they said during a hearing.

I'd imagine some of Biden's staffers saw somewhere on social media or on a podcast that they would also be one of the people Trump would have his DOJ go after.

Mentioned before but:
Biden's wrecking ball, scorched earth actions since the election cry out to shorten the period of time after future presidential elections to limit the amount of damage a future president can do to our Country.

Our Founding Fathers never envisioned a President as dark and sinister as Joe Biden residing in the Oval Office.

Unless it all happened in DC, it would definitely fall under a state crime, so no, that wouldn't work.
