Jesse Waters asked her last night why they aren't being charged with crimes for obstructing and doxxing ICE agents

he stated "there is a federal law that prohibits this"

and Noem responded with "well when we can charge people we will"

I hate to tell you but there are schools and organizations in Texas that give free rides or scholarship to illegals it's not just a leftist state thing

For example here is Texas A&M referring these people to websites
