My uncle had polio, we did not. I guess we are both weak.

It's possible you had polio as it was originally defined and didn't know it. Just like COVID, much of it was defined away. For example, in order to have a polio diagnosis originally you needed to have symptoms for about 3 days. It was later changed to 30 days and poof, polio cases plummeted!
30 days and the need for iron lung machines dropped?

You should read Moth in the Iron Lung. Honestly, after the COVID hoax, I'm surprised more people haven't looked into the lies and deception over the last 100 years. COVID played out very similarly, just over a longer time period.

If I hadn't been familiar with it, I might have fallen for the propaganda myself. The way polio was redefined was very similar to the '2 weeks' incubation time that kept changing. Sadly, big pharma propaganda still leads people to believe in vaccines, but that's quickly changing, so health overall will hopefully improve soon.
I should waste my time reading fairy tales?

Well, I doubt you've ever spent time reading a vaccine insert or white paper, so who cares?

What is your education level?
High school?
College?
Do you have any degrees?

I have an Ag tag just in case you missed it.

Answer the question.

I did. Can you give me a reason that government has the right to take our freedom?

Who here is advocating you be forced to take the measles vaccine?

Deputy Travis Junior said:

What profound brilliance can you share with us about the smallpox vaccine and how it didn't really do anything either?

Well, first, you have to define smallpox. Was it leprosy, the plague, or smallpox that was diagnosed over the last few hundred years? Frequently the three were loosely defined so distinguishes between the three is impossible in previous centuries. As definitions grew stricter, the cases of smallpox dropped. In the twentieth century, symptoms were defined even more acutely, meaning diseases formerly diagnosed as smallpox were more labeled as chicken pox, monkey pox, scarlet fever, etc.

In San Antonio, Dr. Campbell conducted experiments in a 'pest house', eliminating bedbugs and supplementing vitamin C. He successfully treated smallpox patients and even intentionally exposed himself to smallpox and never caught an infection.

In prior centuries, workplaces improved, ventilation and sanitation improved, public hygiene increased, lowering infectious disease rates and deaths. Nutrition improved, increase people's immune systems. By the 80s, smallpox had been defined out of existence, negating the need for the smallpox vaccine and creating the need for new ones. It was gone from England in the early 1900s. The vaccine was never successful.

Bahaha "defined out of existence." The notion that the deaths attributed to it were mainly a collective inability to distinguish between multiple lethal diseases is an absolute pile. It's one of the most widely studied diseases ever, and the final eradication push (aided in large part by vaccinations) is incredibly well documented. We know what smallpox was and what it did; we have bazillions of photos and blood reports FFS.

That's not where it came from it is the staff of Hermes. Pharmacy comes from the Greek word Pharmakius which is translated 'sorcery' in scripture. Just saying.

Have there been side effects? Yes, but they are apparently quite rare

I was vaccinated but I'd hardly call it a mistake.

I don't know if it actually helped, but I haven't suffered any bad consequences from it, either. For that matter, I know quite a few people who were vaccinated, but I don't know anyone who suffered from any kind of reaction from it.

Also, I don't know that I have ever suffered any adverse reaction or side effect from any vaccination.

But yeah. If you are worried about a one in a million reaction to something that helps protect you from a disease with a mortality rate of one in a thousand, then have at it. You are perfectly free to believe what you wish.

Welcome to the year 2025 in America.

Maybe we need to have car tires in the shape of a square. The circle shaped tire "deep state" has taken over the tire industry! It's all a racket. Arrest the round tire people!

A year later: Hey, these square tires don't work as well. The ride is bumpy and the tires wear out fast. Maybe we should have round tires.

There should be no mandate period. Especially if there is ANY CHANCE of an adverse reaction and there have been adverse reactions.

Secondly, if it is proven to be 100% effective over extended time period! (They are not) We simply do not know about adverse reactions that can show up years later.

Furthermore, when you have 'scientist' who truly believe that we have a population problem and that it needs to be seriously reduced. (THIS CAME DIRECTLY OUT OF THE MOUTH OF BILL GATES) and that it can be dealt with through medical means and vaccines. I think anything they produce should be looked at with a healthy dose of skepticism. Especially when the profit motivation is added. The Covid vaccine killed any trust that these Nazi Malthusians had. Sorry, facts!

An HPV vax SHOULD NEVER BE MANDATORY. PERIOD. EVER.

The amount of money that has been paid out by big Pharma to settle claims made against it or in fines by the FDA is in the billions. And no one knows about it, Because the settle out of court, they own (Gates) the WHO, the CDC, the FDA and are the largest advertisers on media. And they are the largest lobbiest by far in Congress, 4 lobbyist for every congressional member.

You want to trust them, have at it,but mandates no sirreee!

Oh and I did get my children certain vaxes that we know how they were made, what is in them and have a LONG history.

We did not get the MMR because we actually didn't think it was worth it or the HEP B and surely not the HPV. They are just not worth it. They are not 100% or anywhere close and there are cases that it has actually cause one to get it! And guess what all our kids are adults and they have a strong natural immunity, Covid had no real impact on them. We have never had the flu vax and guess what, we get through every year with minimal issues. Health and nutrition and hygiene (clean water) is by far and away the number reason for a reduction in all these diseases and it is inarguarable. Just burried by BIG Pharma.

I got the first one when deployed, never got a booster. It granted freedom to use MWR facilities, sit down at a dfac for a hot meal, move freely, go on missions to other bases in Syria, and go in person to the PX and other things. Oh Lord…………… such a silly take. Small pox historically killed 1 in 3 people. Polio, depending on variety, caused respiratory paralysis in 10% of people and up to a 75% mortality rate in a different variety.

Vaccines allowed people to live……..they changed the world for the better.

I have a foreboding of an America in my children's or grandchildren's time - [...] when awesome technological powers are in the hands of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when, clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness.

We've arranged a global civilization in which most crucial elements profoundly depend on science and technology. We have also arranged things so that almost no one understands science and technology. This is a prescription for disaster. We might get away with it for a while, but sooner or later this combustible mixture of ignorance and power is going to blow up in our faces.

You did not.

Answer the question.

What degree did you graduate with?

Chemical engineering. What does that have to do with vaccine mandates?

We've arranged a global civilization in which most crucial elements profoundly depend on science and technology. We have also arranged things so that almost no one understands science and technology. This is a prescription for disaster. We might get away with it for a while, but sooner or later this combustible mixture of ignorance and power is going to blow up in our faces.

The problem is, people will take the above statement personally, like it's some politically-tied opinion. When it has ZERO to do with politics. It's science. I'm not calling you stupid, I'm begging you to stop with the team sports. You aren't suddenly against vaccines and vaccine mandates because you don't trust science. You're against them because your political tribe told you to be and god forbid you think with your own mind. (this comment is not directed at the poster I quoted)

Vaccines. Seriously guys?

A buddy of mine, 39, contracted shingles. It messed him up really bad. His optical nerves are jacked up and he has a chronic headache. I feel bad for the guy.

Yes, they need to do the necessary testing to confirm safety/effectiveness for under 50, because other than my uncle, all of the bad cases I personally know were under 50 when they got shingles.

That's ****ing bull*****

I wasn't against vaccines until they fast produced one (that was Trump remember) and I, with my own ****ing eyes, saw who was getting infected, and who was getting very sick, and who wasn't.

Me, my immediate family, my friends that eat great diets, workout hard 6x a week didn't get it. Those friends of mine that did barely noticed it. So when the vaccine came out, I wasn't against it. I just said "not for us, not yet." Because there was no reason to be a lab rat. We weren't at risk.

Then around March or April 2021, a fully vaccinated Yankees team came down with Covid.. it was like 30- of 40 players. I knew Immediately this "94% effective at preventing transmission" was bull ****, which we now know it was and anyone parroting that has changed what they parrot. Then my company and my wife's company tried mandating it.. strike 2.

Then as we looked into other vaccines, we've found that some of these others came about under similar circumstances but they're just really old and we were very much not as aware. Some are good, some can be tough on a young person. The vaccine schedule in general is way too much for some young people and I was suggest to at least elongate the schedule.

In conclusion, take that "it's Science" **** and get the **** out. Anyone that says that is an imbecile.

t's not political party. It's me, recognizing bull**** and making a decision. For some on the left, who were against the vaccine under trump, I've watched do an about face. They're the ignorant ones.
