Sometimes the leader of the party that is losing the vote will vote with the winning side in order to preserve an option to call for a revote should it look like the votes might flip.

If that is the case here, the speaker was shot due to ignorance of legislative procedure and the poor quality of reporting which frames every issue as a zero sum, win or die issue.

Do you think it might be as simple as poor reading comprehension on the part of the nutcase thinking that Hoffman did vote for the repeal? I wouldn't reject it - Walz has cratered the MN education rankings of MN in just half a decade dropping from 6 to 19. I guess we'll have to find the lunatic who did it to know the "why".

So this shooter had a squad car and full gear and badge. Ford ExplorerSUV fully decal equipped and overheads that were on when the real unit rolled up on him at the second location. That had some planning and preparation involved

I don't know if any of you listen to the press conference but something just doesn't smell right with this whole thing they were specific that it was someone impersonating a police officer however they said that the uniform that he was wearing was an exact replica and the car he was driving wasn't the exact replica of what they drive currently and what they wear currently so if they don't have them in custody how on Earth do they know that this was not an actual police officer and also they asked whether or not the suspect lured them out of the house using his voice or bringing the doorbell and the police chief confirmed that that's what he did hell on Earth is the police chief even know that they also said the suspect escaped out of the back of the house and if he's still on the Run however how far can this guy get why don't they have a perimeter up it seems like an easy catch a guy dressed as a police officer hiding in bushes I don't know this whole thing seems fishy to me and Walt and his cronies kept talking about democracy have a funny feeling the guy they find is coincidentally going to be a white nationalist that wants to kill Democrats and that's what his Manifesto says oh by the way they mentioned he had a Manifesto in the police cruiser that wasn't a police cruiser can't wait to see what the details are in that I'm sure Tim wants knows nothing about the details of that manifest of it

Also Hoffman and his wife are alive why would they announce that on TV if they have an active suspect that they can't find possibly they're trying to lure that suspect to the hospital to finish the job but it seems irresponsible to me to announce that the targets of a hit are still alive but in critical condition and could possibly uncover who did this dastardly deed
