Though that's a valid question, it's not the point and you know it.

Just as I know if I try to assert constitutional carry in a state that doesn't honor it, I'm gonna lose. Therefore I honor those state's laws whether I agree with them or not.

Wonder what the harm is that they're claiming.

"We want people living in fear. We want thugs to run the streets."

That's the argument being made here. There's nothing else. No one is ruling the lives of citizens in DC. They're enforcing laws and cleaning up the streets.

I guess the homeless campers have lost their homes. That's about it. Morons.

Do you know how policing works? Do you think they are just kidnapping these dudes at random to see if they have guns in their waist bands? You pull people over, you stop them for selling narcotics...weapons are found all the time when perps are being apprehended or arrested on lesser charges.

What laws, and presumably courts/officers of the law are appropriate to ignore in your view?

There are a lot of gun laws I vehemently disagree with, but studiously make sure I comply with them in any case.

I don't know, I wasn't there. Could be he was pulled over with expired registration or contacted by police for something else. I would say that is the most likely explanation.

I am against the tyrannical gun laws in places like DC and Chicago etc. I don't think this is a second amendment issue AT ALL though.

You think police just saw these guys were concealing handguns and police just knew it somehow?
