An apology won't matter to anyone on the left, or to the never-Trumpers on the right. The reason he should apologize is that Rob Reiner was almost universally regarded fondly by everyone in the middle. Those are the only folks who can think better of him for showing some humility and decency. He won't do it because that's not who he is. I don't need an apology because that's not a voting issue for me; I've never been under the illusion that Trump is anything but a crass jerk most of the time. But a lot of people want and need for the President to be Presidential. Some of those people may care enough about that for it to be a voting issue to them.

I view white liberals as by far the single greatest enemy and threat this nation faces. Everything they embrace is disgusting to me. They are perverse, but insist on spreading perversion. Almost all of them wanted everyone who refused the trash experimental vaccine fired and for families to suffer greatly...the vast majority wanted us forced into lockdown or imprisonment...they overwhelmingly supported hefty fines and/or imprisonment for anyone who refused...and THIRTY PERCENT wanted children taken away from parents until they complied.
