It was a stupid idea, but like Vance said, one of the best things about Trump is that he is unfiltered and real. It wasn't his idea originally, but he obviously liked the idea and reposted. Not sure who altered the original, but I doubt Trump had anything to do with that.
Which is the real problem with Trump. He is a megalomanic, no doubt, But with that negative comes some positive stuff, like guts to go against the corrupt forces that have taken over the country such as the main stream media and the government swamp who have robbed Americans by the trillions.

I voted for Trump but I'm not a supporter. He was just the least ****ty of the two choices. And the margin was significant in that election, somehow.

I would agree to an extent. But what you post is indicative of what type of person you are.
Trump is a lifelong Democrat who became famous for a one liner in a reality TV show. We as a society are to blame for making him the leader of the free world. The entire Democrat party platform is based upon America being a racist, homophobic, sexist, bigoted nation where expanded government programs, open borders, and embracement of Socialism and entitlements and killing the only completely innocent persons (the unborn) are the path forward. I would never vote for their party. It just makes me sad that our only other choice for President was a mean spirited, thin-skinned, narcissistic carnival barker. It says something about us as an electorate. Not in a good way.
