Doesn't change the facts that libs got offended bc… they wqnted to. Not bc Jesus means anything to them.

Not surprised some devout Christians got upset.

It was stupid.
Stereotype much? I know just as many left of center leaning folks who have just as deep a relationship with their maker as my right of center friends.
And I do care. That stupidity came from our President and the leader of the free world. We need better. Be better.

He's done/doing a bunch of crap I didn't vote for. So the "you knew he wasn't a choir boy" narrative doesn't work for me.

I'm really not sure what people think posting a picture of himself as a healer has to do with policy but it's fun watching the libs cry

This post by Trump is not about left or right. It's about being the freaking President of the United States. One would think HE would show better judgment.

Imagine caring THIS MUCH about what someone posts on social media.

You know, I always wondered how the antichrist could come back, mock God and impersonate Christ and so many Christians would be fooled by him. I'm not saying Trump is the antichrist and were probably not in the end times but after Trump, I now understand how this can happen.

Trump is still exactly what he was when I voted for him, and still would.

Pros:
International relations command respect fir American interests
Strong hand against illegal immigration
Reduces govt regulation on business
Shines a bright light on corrupt media gaslighting fir communism in America
He respects and inspires the strength of our military and law enforcement

Cons:
Has minimal interest addressing our spending problem
Regularly shows his narcissist side and a lack of class

He's never been perfect and I'll never understand people who treat any man like that's even possible. But he's still easily one of our best presidents in nearly 250 years. He's elected to do a job and IMHO he's doing it very well.

Then you haven't been paying attention to American politics or world leadership for the past couple of decades, or frankly...world history.

History is filled with men that have come to power with the literal belief they were anointed by God or equal to God. In fact, that's why our country exists today...because people said no to that.

Someone trying to impersonate God isn't going to just awkwardly 'meme' it as a tongue-and-cheek remark. It will be something far more conniving...not someone who says everything that's on their mind constantly.

No, he clearly said he was open to it.

I can't believe there are college graduates that still vote for politicians like they're voting for homecoming king. "He's a good guy" is an absurdly juvenile mentality to use to decide who to vote for in a political climate where both sides vote in lock step with their party.

Anybody on here vote for Trump because they thought he was a choir boy?

He's done/doing a bunch of crap I didn't vote for. So the "you knew he wasn't a choir boy" narrative doesn't work for me.

You voted for all of it.

Technically speaking, you would be correct. But I'm a quick study so won't make that mistake again. Starting this November.

So you're going to vote for a democrat instead?

If there is a democrat or independent that I think is better for our state and/or the country, you bet I will. You wouldn't?

Uhhh, no, I wouldn't. You just revealed yourself, pal. You're not a Republican and never were. No Republican would jump ship to vote for the promotion of the disastrous policies of the democrat party because Trump posted something on f'n social media. Good Lord.

Your humorous Jack. No need to conceal anything. Been a Republican my entire voting life(and that's a long time). This administration has driven me to free agent status until the Republican Party earns my trust back. No more complicated than that. And, we agree, the Lord is good.

It's clearly more complicated than *you're able to handle.

Please list the things this administration has done to cause you to go vote for a party that promotes mental illness, communism, and wants to take everything from those of us that dare to be successful.

You've got to be either really stupid or incredibly dense to do that.

Your reading skills appear to be challenged sir. Did I say that I would vote for a communist? Did I say that I would vote for a candidate that promotes gross wealth distribution? I said that I will vote for any candidate that I feel is best for my state and/or country. Doesn't matter if that candidate is a democrat or independent or non-MAGA republican. What I won't do is vote for anyone who blindly supports the current administration. That is, indeed, not complicated.

This idea that a Democrat would be best for your country is exactly the point. You clearly don't understand how politics works, that's obvious to anyone.

All the guy is saying is if he saw a better candidate out there than the Republican, he would vote for them. He didn't say a "Democrat" That's just you banging your pot.

No, he clearly said he was open to it.

I can't believe there are college graduates that still vote for politicians like they're voting for homecoming king. "He's a good guy" is an absurdly juvenile mentality to use to decide who to vote for in a political climate where both sides vote in lock step with their party.

He said this: If there is a democrat or independent that I think is better for our state and/or the country, you bet I will. You wouldn't?

Which means he'd be open to voting for a non-Republican if they were the best candidate for the job. You being opposed to it makes it seem like you would vote for the Republican candidate no matter what based on party allegiance.

Both answers make sense, but what would you do if the Republicans ran someone and you disagreed with all of their policies?
