Based on what Axios reported and the description Trump's Transportation Secretary gave, Trump's MOU apparently asked them to agree to reopen the strait and also asked them to agree to a 30-day period of meetings to negotiate what is clearly a reworded slightly stronger JCPOA agreement.
Keep in mind, however, this MOU proffer might possibly be a Glencoe ruse by Trump. Lie to the mullahs and IRGC, lull 'em into letting their guard down, then surprise 'em by attacking and killing the current regime's top leadership (a 2nd time), and using the 30 days to ready a new regime to take over. 52D chess.

Did anyone press Trump when he said the tomahawk missile came from elsewhere? Simple research it's only us that had that missile. Has anyone pressed Trump on punishment for killing 160 little girls? We went from cheering on the Biden I did that stickers at the pumps to now it's totally not really that high at all etc. Now the guy who campaigned against high prices tells everyone no big deal and the followers just repeat it.
