You don't believe the news reporting about the MOU Trump sent to Iran's rulers, which Iran has responded today. Interesting.

No I don't. But it's not surprising you lap it up as gospel. Not interesting.
Multiple spokespersons in the Trump Administration have publicly confirmed a MOU was proffered to Iran's mullahs - IRGC regime by by Trump.

Every major news organization has reported on it. Even the Trump-worshipping Newsmax outlet.

You're probably better off to stop replying to them. Nothing you say will change anything.

They won't recognize that this war was completely unnecessary (for the USA), that we accomplished nothing, we killed some little girls and disrupted the world economy. All to celebrate our success of opening (reopening?) the strait and giving them the Obama deal.

ETA: wasted a **** ton of munitions.

No, I absolutely will not recognize the lies you guys spout. Allegedly some little girls were used as human shields by the IRGC at one of their know compounds that they knew would be targeted.

No, I won't recognize that the actions over the last 60+ days have done. And since no deal is in place and no terms offered, then i will NOT recognize that this is Obama 2.0 JCPOA.

Never change your ways. It's too entertaining at this point

"Believe the lies I tell you because they come straight from suspect sources! And i demand you recognize Trump is a failure because i said so!!!"

Energy Secretary Chris Wright told NBC News' "Meet the Press" on Sunday that the U.S. was still waiting for a "clear resolution" from Iran on its latest proposal.

He told moderator Kristen Welker that the U.S. was seeking the "free flow of traffic through the international waters that are the Straits of Hormuz, and an end to the Iranian nuclear program."

Trump's Energy Secretary Chris Wright said this morning on a national tv news broadcast that Trump is waiting for a response from Iran to the proposal Trump sent, and Wright added Trump is seeking the "free flow of traffic through the international waters that are the Straits of Hormuz, and an end to the Iranian nuclear program".

That sure sounds like Trump is asking Iran to re-open the strait back to the way it was open pre-war and to agree to try to negotiate a JCPOA 2.0 agreement.

He also didn't answer the question about whether gas may go above $5.

I watched the segment. Even as you (mis)characterize the "MOU" it's consistent with Trumps messaging to date which is perpetual free passage of commercial shipping through the straight of hormel, no shooting, harassing, saying of "neee" or tolling allowed, and abandon the nuke program (enrichment, dust, underground facilities, etc).

But that's begging?

Also, you working on finding that copy of the 1 pager you seem to know so much about?

Yes it's really tiring of hearing Trump and people that just support whatever he says on it that the gas prices now really are not that big of a deal.

We went from cheering on the Biden I did that stickers at the pumps to now it's totally not really that high at all etc. Now the guy who campaigned against high prices tells everyone no big deal and the followers just repeat it.

Trump did that too and it's just a fact.

Yes, gas is high. That's what the left wanted, correct? To push everyone into immature EV technology?

At least with Trump we'll know what tangible result those gas prices are getting us.

Based on what Axios reported and the description Trump's Transportation Secretary gave, Trump's MOU apparently asked them to agree to reopen the strait and also asked them to agree to a 30-day period of meetings to negotiate what is clearly a reworded slightly stronger JCPOA agreement.

Keep in mind, however, this MOU proffer might possibly be a Glencoe ruse by Trump. Lie to the mullahs and IRGC, lull 'em into letting their guard down, then surprise 'em by attacking and killing the current regime's top leadership (a 2nd time), and using the 30 days to ready a new regime to take over. 52D chess.

Otoh if Trump is serious about doing a JCPOA 2.0 (good luck spinning that; no doubt you'll try), then we've all been conned again by Trump.

reported, apparently, might possibly to jump to all Trump can do now is beg for a JCPOA 2.0… do you actually believe that or just enjoy the murkiness of anonymity and vague words spread rumors, unconfirmed or false information (over and over and over again)?

You cannot say you are further right than "95% of this board" then say the MSM has been friendly to him and then parrot the lie that we killed a bunch of little girls.

If you are going to try and gaslight, maybe not put that stuff in there and you could maybe full someone not paying attention.

Did anyone press Trump when he said the tomahawk missile came from elsewhere? Simple research it's only us that had that missile. Has anyone pressed Trump on punishment for killing 160 little girls? We had guys in Leavenworth for killing bomb makers. Guys forced to retire because they called in a strike taking fire but knocked some old building down next door. The press has hounded presidents over a lot less but nothing on this.

Yes, as well as Hegseth and Rubio. It was covered by NYT and the BBC and just about everyone else.

It's estimated that potentially 110 girls were killed when a targeting of a known IRGC compound did not have updated reclassification that the lovely IRGC decided to add a primary school to their existing compound. Is t that lovely.

Both the Army and the UN along with several other watchdog groups have ongoing investigations.

What we know for certain is that the IRGC installed a human shield on one of their compounds and we failed to update our database.

But the only wrongdoing is on the Iranians, which you bizarrely excuse from any and all responsibility.

Sure now they were human shields. The Iraninians who you never believe were suppose to update something so the little girls didn't get killed. So they were going to tell us it was a little girls school and we would have not bombed it. The amazing mossaud didn't have eyes on target to let us know it was a little girls school? The billion dollars in satellites didn't get the girls coming in and out? My guess someone gave us the targets and we bombed for better or worse. Keep blaming Iran for the deaths.

This was a first day target it's not like some bad guys squirted in and we Leveled it. The Iranians didn't have security on the Supreme leader so we are suppose to believe we didn't know it was a school. Somebody was doing a great job of tracking targets but some how this target was overlooked and not scrutinized. Interesting

Easy, keep killing irgc leaders and theocrats, and destroying infrastructure until they capitulate, or be so weakened we can take the enriched fuel and centrifuges.
Wipe out all airports, military and civilian. Destroy all highway and rail bridges. Destroy all power substations and fuel supply to power plants. And keep killing bad guys. That is all they understand. Those radicals seem to be ok with dying, so send them on their way.
You are the world, we are the USA, don't mess with us and we won't blow your $hit away.

It's myopic to say that we didn't accomplish anything. We dropped 10k+ bombs that demolished military and nuclear program targets that won't be easy to rebuild. Iran's industrial capacity is decrepit and outdated thanks to decades of sanctions, so they aren't going to bounce back early from this. This is doubly true because their buddy Russia has committed national economic suicide over the past few years, so its ability to offer significant rebuilding aid is severely reduced.

If we regroup and do another strike in a couple years that's timed with a civilian revolt, who knows. Maybe the regime falls.

The gigantic asterisk is we have to find the and navigate some sort of off ramp that doesn't involve global recession or starvation. If that happens, then yes, this wasn't worth it.

I don't love high prices, but when it's the temporary result of stopping Team Death to America from getting a nuke (or at least significantly prolonging their path to one) vs printing money and shutting down new oil drilling because you are a bunch of namby pamby business interfering global warming paranoid *****s, I'm down for a temporary spike. The true definition of temporary, unlike we heard from Biden
