Finally completed my T-51d power armor with Vault-Tec paint job. Also, I just found my 5th Fat Man, they seem much more numerous in this game than previous ones.
That's what I thought. Got confused by people saying they couldn't be multiple builds. You can be everything if you play long enough.
I think I missed something on how to heal limbs. I am on ps4. Can you apply stimpak directly to damaged limbs like in previous versions? If so, how?
I just use the stimpack like normal and it heals the limb.

What level were you when you found your first x-01 suit?
30 when I found the first frame with a couple pieces. 33 when I found a frame with all pieces. 34 when I found a third frame with a couple pieces.
Finally got the dog eat duplication glitch to work on PS4, the trick is once you tell him to fetch the item, move into range and hold the select (x on PS) button when he stops to pick it up you can release ... If that doesn't work give it a fraction of a second longer to when he stoops. Really once I figured out to hold the select button I found there was a lot bigger of a window than I had thought!

Going to bed so angry. Was headed down south to help out a settlement with a raider problem when I got attacked by a pack of mongrels, including bad ass albino alpha mongrel AND a Legendary albino mongrel. An epic battle ensued with me running around a swamp in circles popping off shots into the dogs with my shotgun and stimpaking the **** outta myself in between reloads. Finally it was just me and the legendary one left after he mutated already. We slugged it out toe to toe and I managed to finish him off with probably 10 or 15 HP to spare. I looted him and got a synth left arm armor that was badass and the perk was it slowed down time during battles when you have less tha 20% health. I was all excited and equipped it and went to 3rd person view to check out how it looked when all of a sudden a ****ing mirelark comes out of nowhere and 1 hit kills me. I guess I had aggro'd him while running around shooting dogs and he must have been chasing me down unbeknownst to me. Oh and to teabag my cheerios after the game already pissed in them, the 1 hit kills was in ****ing slow mo from the armor perk.
My last save was back when I started out on my quest. I tried to go back to the spot I ran into the dogs and found nothing.
Lesson learned. Quicksave as soon as you loot something cool.

Just found out I screwed myself out of X-01 PA. At level 18 I broke into one of its locations and only got an X-51. Level 19 and I have 3 X-45 and a X-51.

I was level 39 when I found the FULL set of x-01.

I have three full sets of x-45 and some left over pieces. One has some raider pieces on it, too. I'm only level 12. Found one full set chilling on a bridge with a full core. I have around 25 cores so far after finding a ton at a raider hideout.
You must be level 30 to find X-01. If you are under and are in an area where one spawns a less powerful armor set will spawn.
I got knocked out of a vertibird by a super mutant with a rock...that was nuts.

Yeah I had heard something like that. That's why I was checking with y'all to see when what level you were at when you found x-01. Only level ~21 so I have a ways to go.

I have found huge success again SMs with the Overseer's Rifle from Vault 81.
Found 81 by chance and completed the missions inside. I think price of entry was 3 Fusion Cores, but I actually got more than that back from trading, speech, and awards while in 81. plus the gun takes a lot of ammo I already have and seem to find very readily in the Commonwealth

Tried something new with clean water in settlements and business is BOOMING.
Most profitable settlements in order:
1. Nordhagen Beach
2. Sanctuary
3. Taffington
4. Castle
Depending on how much room you have you can build a ton of purifiers and water will be stored in your workshops. Sell them off for 20-40 caps(depending on your barter level) and you'll bring in A TON of cash.
Next step is to build defenses and walls to protect my resources. Maybe later I'll try to get a monopoly from the kid in diamond city.

I had a 10mm Ghoul pistol drop that I've put in my favorites. I typically get it out and VATS 2 shots into each Ghouls leg. If it doesn't kill them outright it typically blows the leg off so they have to crawl. I'm sure if you had a limb damage weapon it would be the same.
