I went in there today and congratulated him on the new adventure, he was very curious where I heard the news!
He's made a couple posts about it on Facebook but not many. I might have posted it here as soon as he told me.

I'd be shocked if they don't try to move the original location. I've talked to the owner a lot and surprise surprise the medians have really hurt them bad. I live close enough that I walk there and try to support them. I hope and wish all the best for them, they're great folks and the food is good.
In addition, that location has very little visibility, an issue that existed before the medians
That's not the original location. They were on Wellborn where Nick the Greek is now.
I'm aware of that, should have said "current," instead.

Glad to see more than just a yoga studio or title office open over there. Hopefully more like this will start to fill those spaces.

I think those two are one and the same. Probably just need to update the OP to reflect that it was completed.
Maybe Navasota is now south CS. HEB owns land at 105 and 6 but I bet that doesn't move until the 105 flyover plans/construction are finished.
Navasota is growing, I think simply because the houses are prohibitively expensive for first time home buyers.

It's why we bought here and not south CS, and that was 10 years ago. We also have an influx from Houston.
Didn't we recently have another hot chicken place close? In Aggieland, we appear to like our tenders mild.
Not to mention Jane St. is way too close to University/Texas intersection anyway. Trying to cross University right there is a fool's errand.
