So maybe I'm just ignorant on this…but yesterday afternoon (Saturday) 610 was closed because they were spraying their sal****er brine on it.

Does it really do any good to put it down 48 hours before the weather gets here? When we have 20 mph winds and two days of cars driving on it?

Haha. I saw a sign on 45 today that said "ICE OPERATIONS AHEAD". I went all day thinking "oh **** they're deporting people"

Later in the afternoon it dawned on me. They're prepping for the ice.

Not my brightest moment!

lol yes…they aren't factoring in snow pack…

The snow will greatly reduce temps below what they are showing…at least 5 degrees if not more…

Regardless, not thinking it gets warm enough to actually thaw and totally melt until maybe late Wed, but I'm not seeing what you're saying anywhere as far as high temps.
