Alright been a while since we have been to a game. Staying at an airbnb in the heights tomorrow night. How early do they open doors? Can you still catch balls from Crawford boxes in BP if you're there early enough? On that note, can you still get street parking by Annunciation or elsewhere if you're there at the right time? When we lived in town I would always park at 8th wonder and walk over, but not sure that's the ticket with three small kids in tow.

Gates open 2 hours prior to start time. However, batting practice is conducted prior to that and the only fans allowed to view and stay for BP are ones that buy tour tickets on top of game tickets. If its something that can be enjoyed, its something that can be charged as an add-on these days.

Do they still end at 1700 or so and you can just pay the meter through the cutoff time like it used to be?

Well that's freaking lame. That takes out one of the best parts of taking kids to a game. At least we can eat infinity hot dogs tomorrow and not go bankrupt though.

I typically do street parking around Texas and Caroline. It's about 3 blocks from the ballpark and is free after 6pm. If you're there before that just pay whatever needed to get to 6pm. Just make sure you read the posted signs to make sure you aren't in a spot that has no parking during certain hours.
