Kinda felt bad for the guy. He was dominant. Until that pitch went over the wall. Gets the L on 7.2 flawless innings.

He was at like 50 pitches when the 6th started I think.

Yep!

Seems like the netting and rail Nazis keep the potential autographs to a minimum. Bracamonte was hanging out taking to some folks he knew for a while though.

The security guy in section 133 is a great dude though. He got a bunch of balls from the ball boy and was giving them out to the kids before the game started, which is how mine got theirs. Really cool. One of those kind of people you feel like you've known your whole life.

are you seriously asking if we need our best power hitter to play or not?

f*** yeah he needs to play, but when he is healthy and ready. we're fortunate that the guys are playing well right now so maybe it eases pressure to bring him back.

when yordan is in the lineup and hitting, it changes a ton in our favor

I wouldn't say the team is firing on all cylinders for the same reason that Yordan needs to play: the offense needs to step up. The pitching can't bail out 1 and 2 run offensive performances forever.

I can understand the past two nights as they are upper echelon to elite level pitching.
