So let's talk the Olympic qualifying game tomorrow vs. Mexico. Obviously it is a rivalry game and we always want to beat Mexico but what do you think Kreis decides to do? 1. start the best players and and try to push for 1st in the group with the potential of playing the semi final with a tired team. or 2. Rest some players knowing that a win isn't necessary for qualifying for the Olympics and go into the semi final with the best players rested.
Personally I think we find ourselves in the stronger group and think we should beat whoever we play so it shouldnt matter but its CONCACAF and anything is possible.

The other pool looks like a complete crap shoot as far as who will advance and who will be first, so there is no real advantage in winning, or losing, tonight. I expect both teams to sit their star players and be ready for the semifinals.

It feels like we're reluctant to make the simple pass at times. There's been a couple instances where there was room to run on the wings and we force it back inside.

Like we knew before, the game ultimately didnt matter. Next game is what this whole thing was about. Win it and then we can worry about upgrading the lineup for the World Cup

the second goal was a great ball up to Aaronsen, headed to Sarget, great hold up play and dish to Aaronsen for the finish.
a couple of great finishes by Lleget to seal it.
back line Cannon, Brooks, Richardson, Robinson needed some work.
Dest is still a better 2 than a 3. I'd like to see Antonee step it up at 3 so Dest can take Cannon's spot.

Oh, I"m going to a girls high school soccer playoff game today. It'll be in a larger stadium that that one today.
