I don't know if the Canada right side of defense is weak. Or we are avoiding Aaronson.

But US attack is a helluva lot better when we go down the left side.

Zardes has to come off at half. His game is dangerous when there are rebound chances and someone else is creating but that isn't happening. Pepi is our most dangerous striker, and right now the offense is lacking punch.

Yeah, both teams are struggling to link much together. Canada had that one big chance and finished it, US had one and hit it right at the keeper. Canada obviously came out wanting to physically intimidate the US players and get under their skin and they've been allowed to do it for the most part.

Pulisic needs to be on the right and might as well try Pepe up front.

Maybe not but we need someone who can create chances in the box and Zardes ain't it. Maybe Pepi gets knocked around and draws a penalty. He also adds another target on corners, which, with Zimmerman sitting, seems like McKennie is the only option.

Agreed, we need some hold up play and not a slasher.

And Pepi is bigger than you think he is, he can scrap.
