Netherlands and Portugal looked beatable. Netherlands only won 1-0
Losing Bunny Shaw on a cheapo 2CT like that is gonna hurt Jamaica though. Compare Shaw's tackle for a second caution to that Quinn tackle for Canada (v. Nigeria) in the first 15 minutes that didn't get a yellow and it's very strange.Furlock Bones said:
Huge draw for Jamaica against France.
Would've been cool if they won. They got close after looking at the highlights. Even tho France had more chances.Furlock Bones said:

What happened that Schneider is not the starting keeper for Jamaica? She had a very good last WC. I didn't watch the game, so I don't know if their starting keeper had a good game against France, but shutting them out, someone on the D was playing good.Furlock Bones said:

I'm sick of the "world" cup being the US and 7 teams from Europe in the quarterfinals.

Wow, Panama women and fans singing anthem was awesome
She wasn't that great last World Cup either, if we're being honest here.birdman said:She looked old and stiff. A real liability against any opponent with talent or physicality.PatAg said:gambochaman said:
Rapinoe is 38 and it was already evident in 2019 that she had lost a step against younger competition
She is a liability out there….i hope vlatko doesnt play her against the netherlands
Just feel like it would only make sense to bring her in at like 70min, and only if trailing or tied in knockout rounds. That way you limit your chance she is exposed for pace or fitness, and can just be in to whip in crosses
Besides the physical limitations, she was just bad. Lots of unguided missiles from her. Worse, there were more dumb plays than smart ones.
Do we all know why? Cuz i'm not sure we all do. Heck, I'm not sure we all even know who she is....FTAG 2000 said:She wasn't that great last World Cup either, if we're being honest here.birdman said:She looked old and stiff. And we all know why she is on the squad this time around.
Don't mind seeing a newbie pull an upset as long as it isn't against the USKCup17 said:
Philippines getting their first WWC goal and win was awesome to see. The offsides call on NZ was real unfortunate and that's putting it lightly
As a keeper, that's a really difficult shot to see in time to stop. Too much traffic…Pahdz said:
