It's just natural. You could see it last year when OKC lost to Dallas. They learned. They took that and applied it to this years finals. Dallas last year played like a team that had learned from previous failures.
This Thunder team is the kind that would only be strengthened by this series.
I would be concerned next year for Harden messing with team chemistry/not accepting the 6th man role as he's looking to get paid. Maybe Ibaka too. But they'll be the clear favorites and I also thought they'd have chemistry issues this year.

It is odd that he's probably the biggest ironman in the league as far as playing the most minutes at full throttle without any issues, and then this happens.

I don't think he is a sissy. Cramps suck, but are usually the fault of the cramper. Poor diet or hydration.
