As I thought, march is going to be terrible. I was hoping for 7-7, but at this point that is a big stretch. We are in big trouble. I'm guessing we drop out of 8th...hopefull we can make a run the last month of the season to get in the playoffs
Yup. Thank god we won all those February games. Hopefully Phoenix slides with us. Our defensive effort was just awful last night. We weren't fighting for any rebounds whatsoever. Won't make the playoffs with that crap. Need to turn it around or get left behind

Insane game...Dallas goes up 40-10, Portland is up 98-92 with under four minutes left, and Dallas ends the game with an 11-0 run.
Portland couldn't make a basket at the start, nor at the end.
Huge win for Dallas as that would have been a devastating loss, and it showed some pretty decent character to win that game after blowing that lead.

Well tonight was a pleasant gift to us. Memphis lost to Toronto and the Warriors lost to Cleveland. We have a pretty big rest not playing again till Sunday...if and a BIG GIANT if we win Sunday we have a chance to be a half game back of the Warriors if Portland can take care of them.
gotta get ready for the home stretch, this mavs team won't make the finals but could shake things up.

Way to get the win and huge break to catch the Thunder on a "rest" game. Props to Vince Carter for passing 23,000 points for a career. Dirk is on pace to pass Oscar Robertson for 10th all time before the season is over.

Well we certainly let that get to close, i'lll take any win though. With this huge home stand it would be nice to see us make some moves.
A game out of 6th. 2 1/2 out of 5th. Need to make the most of this home stand.

Another bad game by Portland last night. Mavs can finish strong if they can beat the teams they're supposed to beat.
This epic home stand might lock up the 6 seed.
