Just bc you don't like something doesn't mean it's trolling
Good lord
Yes another blown pick
So the Spurs know this is happening and still pick up his option? You're not smart.

Where did I say that? I said the dude has done this before
Nowhere did I say the front office knew about it
You made that up
I said it's another blown pick which is undeniable

Reporting with @wojespn The San Antonio Spurs’ release of guard Josh Primo – the No. 12 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft --- stemmed from multiple alleged instances of Primo exposing himself to women. https://t.co/4qV7FzmkNI

This is the type of thing he might, I say "might," be able to recover from professionally.

Yeah, this is the unknown right now, I guess. If he's looking at a criminal prosecution, that will scare at least some teams off.Ag Natural said:LawHall88 said:Reporting with @wojespn The San Antonio Spurs’ release of guard Josh Primo – the No. 12 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft --- stemmed from multiple alleged instances of Primo exposing himself to women. https://t.co/4qV7FzmkNI

This may be confirmation that the Spurs plan to hire Becky their next coach.
Although not trading him is baffling. Unless there are charges coming.

It's only a "blown pick" if they did know about some history.
Depends on the circumstances. If he was exposing himself to minors - which is not implied in the article, to be fair - then he's probably done. If it was a handful of incidents (maybe "handful" is a bad word choice) only involving adults where nobody suffered physical harm and maybe alcohol was involved, then he has a path back.Enzo The Baker said:
I get the Spurs had to make a decision because of their culture and emphasis on character. But he's a 19 year old kid. I am sure NBA players do much worse behind the scenes. Suspend him for a season with no pay and let him get help. This was a bit much IMO.
Semantics. Obviously as it turned out the Spurs used a good pick on a player that won't help them. But, it wasn't because they poorly evaluated his talent, they just didn't discover that he had this, eh, "mental illness problem." I suppose you could fault them for not asking if he ever exposed himself.MookieBlaylock said:Ag Natural said:MookieBlaylock said:

A player that was considered a reach at #12 never plays meaningful minutes and is kicked off the team for going Tate Pittman
How is this not a blown pick?

I could also understand the decision if it was a female employee of the Spurs.
Sources: A former Spurs female employee has alleged that guard Josh Primo exposed himself to her, and she has hired attorney Tony Buzbee.
— Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) October 29, 2022
Buzbee represented the women in the sexual misconduct lawsuits against NFL QB Deshaun Watson.

Not a single person on this thread agrees with what you're saying. Maybe let it go / shut up?
Now we're tankin'.jteagle said:
Gonna be a tough one tonight.

Only 4 teams in NBA history to have more than 190 assists through the first six games of a season:
— Jordan Howenstine (@AirlessJordan) October 30, 2022
1987-88 Celtics - 201
1982-83 Lakers - 195
1990-91 Blazers - 194
2022-23 SPURS - 191
Guard Romeo Langford and forward Keita Bates-Diop will start tonight vs. Minnesota in place of Devin Vassell (knee) and Jeremy Sochan (illness).
— Tom Orsborn (@tom_orsborn) October 30, 2022
Josh Richardson had started the past three games in place of Vassell, but he's sidelined with a back injury.

Spurs up 10 at half.
The Spurs don’t have Devin Vassell, Jeremy Sochan, Josh Richardson or Isaiah Roby, and Blake Wesley left in the second quarter with a knee injury.

They’re up by 17 on the Timberwolves with 10:07 left in the third.

Looking gassed here to start the 4th. The short-handed roster may catch up with us at the end.
Minnesota looks entirely disinterested in playing basketball. Spurs just waived a first-round pick, had five players out with injury/illness and played with a nine-man rotation for most of the game.

Spurs start the season 5-2 for the first time since 2018-19.
— Jordan Howenstine (@AirlessJordan) October 31, 2022
Second-best start in San Antonio franchise history (6-1).
Spurs have never started a season 7-0.
