He makes $545k a year to run real fast
MLB.com says he is 1 for 16 career (.063) with 27 SB. Not a bad "career".
Double Talkin' Jive...

Yes he did have 1 hit and 27 steals in the regular season. He has 5 more steals in 8 post season appearances and a World Series Ring.
He may get an at bat next half inning

A-Rod may be the worst announcer ever.
It's even worse when paired with Mendoza. She adds nothing too.

The fact that Arenado had no clue what was going on was pathetic
Just goes to show you that Bregman shoulda been playing for Team USA instead of that idiot

You would be going out on a limb at this point
Arenado with a sub .800 career OPS
Bregman with about a .900 at home and road this season

I think Baez was trying to keep from running over Arenado but it could still be called runners interference. No harm, no foul in the long run.
I agree. That is what I was trying to say, I guess I just didn't say it right. It was runner's interference regardless. The Milkman said:Fuzzy Dunlop said:Aggie1205 said:

Though intention doesn't impact the rule. If he was trying to get out of the way or protect himself etc, but interferes, it's still interference.

Now you're cherry picking stats. Aranado has had a higher OPS than Bregman each of the last three years, including 2018. Go away Grapesoda.
I'm not going to argue with you anymore because you're a 'Stros fan that thinks Alex Bregman is God's gift to baseball. But, you can compare defensive stats at 3B or career OPS or any other number of stats. Arenado compares better in some, Bregman in others. When Team USA was picked after the 2016 season, Arenado was the clear cut favorite at 3B.astros4545 said:Fuzzy Dunlop said:astros4545 said:

COOOOORRRRSSSSSSS FIIIIEEEEELLLLDDDDDDD
Um Bregs had only about 50 games in the majors at the time of the World Baseball Classic. He also got off to an extremely slow start in 2017, so much so he go into a twitter fight with a fan and had some speculating on last year's season thread on whether the 'Stros could get an established bat for Bregman and have Marwin Gonzalez take over third base. Bregs certainly had a strong end to 2017, finishing the season with solid numbers but really did not begin to shine consistently until the postseason.astros4545 said:

Would you rather try to ride the arm of Mike Fiers? They don't have the starting pitching to match up.PhatMack19 said:
Oakland is pitching backwards tonight and starting a reliever against Severino.
I'm not sure I'm sold on this strategy just yet.
The bad news is that you'll be in Milwaukee.62strat said:

That was wild. On any given start someone could pitch the game of a lifetime.PhatMack19 said:
