He was a top 50 recruit in the country out of high school with offers from UH, Tech, Bama, Louisville, and Arkansas. Played very limited minutes at USC his freshman year, then went to LMU last season. Played well in games against tourney teams like St. Marys, Santa Clara, and SLU. Very athletic point forward for them who was really good at taking it to the rim. Vandy and UVA are after him right now too.

Bucky has made a believer out of me. These may or may not be the starters and backups. He will get the most of the players he has. If the players play his style, and make 3 pointers they will be on the court. That has to be enticing for them, and the of corse the money.

It depends on what lineup we are rolling out on that particular night, but he's more likely to be a starter than not, and he's definitely viewed as a major piece for us.

I'll be quite surprised if he's not top 5 in minutes for us regardless of how we divvy up starts. We love his defense, versatility, playmaking and slashing ability, and think he'll be a decent shooter.

He was a high priority target to fill what we identified as a "major need" hole on the roster. A few on here seem to be underestimating how bad we wanted him and what we think his impact will be. Critical piece for us.
