We had enough pitching left for ONE game. Everyone knew this. But we chose to split it for two games. Lamkin-->Cortez-->Stewart -->Evan. That wins game 3.

Whether it was throwing the series, or just plain bad coaching, it doesn't really matter. It was bad decision making. Bringing Cortez into the 2nd game, in the 2nd inning with none of our regular guys available behind him was a disaster from the beginning.

This has been a nice silver lining to this whole **** show. It seems most of the SEC (some LSWho fans not withstanding) has allied with us in their hatred of tu. Tennessee fans especially feel bad for us and hate the whorns as much as we do now.

I've made several TN online friends now in our collective hatred and disgust of tu. They really, really do not like what went down either.

Pretty much off topic, but when I was in Officers Basic Training, there were a bunch of Aggies and a bunch of Tennessee guys there (Ft. Bliss). We just naturally hit it off with those guys and we socialized the whole time. It was kind of eery, like the Texas Revolution connection. I know we hate to admit as SEC foes now.

What's the story there with a hacked account? What was posted?
a number of posts about how Gavin was leaving after the season, bashing A&M, etc. Trouble , and maybe others, reached out to him and he said it wasn't him. TexAgs reset his password and we saw nothing but positive stuff from him after that point.

The posts were also about how much Gavin hated coach, and that was part of the "1 and done".

I'm hoping his account was actually hacked and he isn't a douch. I like Gavin.

At what point will boosters begin to realize if they're paying the coach $3.5m and the team $15-20m that they could just get rid of the coach and buy players on their own? Hell just hire some training academy guys to teach fundamentals and then let the BMAs play fantasy baseball with the lineup.

This include Nolan Cain? He sure did put Monty in a bad situation. Complete **** up on his part and does look intention now. Hard part at the time is he is such a bad 3B coach it is possible that he accidentally made a rec league level mistake.

BTW. Schloss reaction to being questioned about that was the same as his question about if he was leaving.
