Why would we give a contract with a buyout? He had ZERO HC experience when he was presented the job. Additionally, he bailed on us a few days before. I really have no idea why he was given more than 1 year.

How do you manage to take the preseason #1 team (most of which were returners from last year's runner up team in Omaha), and manage to turn it into... Whatever this garbage is. I was ok with the hire but I'm done with this experiment.

But he's a good guy and that's more important than winning.

Why don't you give us your straight evaluation. Given that you're a big donor to the program do you think he's earned the right to lead the program another year? Simple yes or no will do.

the fact you think these players are very good as a collective is a joke. We're starting 3 guys who shouldn't be if we had talent, and 3 of our best pitchers are hurt.

If that's the case then I have no idea why we contractually agreed to it with a guy with zero HC experience. Why was any leverage given to him at all?

Pack his **** I was giving him the benefit but giving up on TK at leadoff was stupid and not playing George is questionable. Team was not as good as predicted

I said nothing about them being good. Being good would imply they perform when needed. I said talented. I don't think anyone would dispute the talent level of this team. Their coaching has failed them and made them not good
