Received my Casper last week. Slept on it last night for first time. Now, we were exhausted after long week so maybe atypical, but I could tell immediate difference in a positive way. Think wife and I slept more soundly with less tossing and turning. Less waking of each other so better night, definitely.

5 nights on the Casper and jury's still out. It IS a firm feel, no doubt. Think my wife is trying to be nice so far to not tell me how much she's not liking it. I prefer to our previous mattress but I'm back to tossing and turning. Definitely don't feel wife's movements like before though, and that's a VERY good thing.

Guess I'll see about getting them to send that topper thing of theirs. Are they still offering that up, or are they going to make me wait at least 14 nights?

they will make you wait it out. Give it a full two weeks and then try the topper. You got 100 days

There is nothing "Hard" about this bed, especially if you call and get the free topper for it after about 3-4 weeks of having it.

Very impressed with customer service so far. I got an email apologizing for the delayed timeline that all of their mattresses have right now. I told them that I was moving soon, and that it was going to be inconvenient for me to not have it in time for the new apartment. Got told to go buy an air mattress, send them a copy of the receipt, and that they would reimburse my purchase up to $50 as a credit off of my order. Already have the credit reflecting on my account.

Again, very impressed with how they do business so far.

I agree with this, but I would have phrased that first sentence "Having to get a topper tells me that the bed isn't right for me."

It may be fine for others, but for me, it doesn't sound ideal.

This point has us thinking as well. An $800 mattress shouldn't require an aid so soon. Besides, if wife isn't happy (in bed no less!),... Regardless, we both figured the topper was worth a shot.

I reached out to Casper today, complaining of warmth and too firm. They said "sorry, give it 30 days." No topper reference. Not a great response.

Guess we'll go mattress shopping,... I'm disappointed.

BTW: Casper won't budge on waiting 30 days before sending the topper. Wife definitely not happy at this point.

If you don't like it or don't want to wait for the topper... Just send it back. That is one thing that I thought was nice. They will give you a full refund and you can try another mattress.

I don't think it makes sense to keep a mattress you don't like. You're not crazy. I returned mine.

Truth is, I know its better than what we had and I'd probably settle mainly because I'd rather go buy a car than a mattress. But, momma,...

They did not charge me a shipping fee when I received it. The entire topper was free.

I'm pushing back on them or telling them to process a return.

They wouldn't budge on the $20. At this point, it's the principle of the thing. I'm returning it.

What did you end up getting? Haven't seen anyone on here give a review of the yogabed yet.

I ended up being gifted a lightly used mattress from my aunt and uncle that had been in their guest room

What I had read about the Yogabed is that it was just a tad firmer than Casper (6.5 on the firmness scale for Yogabed instead of a 6 for Casper)
