My thoughts though is that i can buy 4 caspers for the same price over the next 10 years and have a new bed every 2.5 years for the same cost. Ftmfw!
It's fantastic for back pain. Request the topper when you order and it's like sleeping on a cloud, well worth the 800-1k.
FatZilla - I just used your code to order the Leesa, so eventually you should get a referral bump. After reading the reviews on firmness and coolness, it seemed like the best fit for us. Time will tell though...

I'm trying to request the topper with the Casper, but customer service is telling me that they don't sell one. Could they be calling it by another name? The above posts made the request sound easy and this is the 2nd casper rep. i have talked with that has never heard of it.
I just brought up that chat window on the Casper website and said I wanted the topper because it was too firm. I think they are right in that they don't actually sell one but they should give it to you for free.

I'm on the chat window with the guy now and after some back and forth they do suggest buying the cooling shield off of amazon but that is not a product they offer. i wonder if they gave away so many they are becoming more strict with what they give away.
Casper chat person said they only have a mattress. There is no add-on, topper, pad or anything else they provide. Not that I know i'll need anything yet, i haven't received the mattress. I was just asking for it because of how easy it was described and wanted to share what I was told.

He basically fessed up and they do offer a topper. They only offer it for the rare exception that someone finds it too firm during the normal 3 week transition period. He didn't want to give one to me because i hadn't even slept on it yet. Fair enough.
Not surprising since they told me to not tell others about it.
Would have never known about them if it wasn't for you. I am grateful. I'll buy you a beer if we are ever in the same town.
I emailed Casper a copy of this thread. Thought they would like to see the side by side comparison to the Leesa. They cleared up the topper debate. And they finance for the lolpoors like me.

Changed back to Casper, this time with the topper. Will be my last switch before the call. Leaning heavily in Casper + topper's favor. Its just so much softer while being supportive.
Leesa will be getting a call this week. Casper + Topper has won the battle.

Casper. I haven't slept in close to two weeks for more than 3-4 hours. So much back and leg pain. Waaaaay worse than before. I went mattress shopping today and got a little bit softer mattress.
