There is no return shipping. Both either donate them or recycle them. And for every 10 beds bought from Leesa, they automatically donate a bed to a shelter.

They received a bunch of orders around the holidays and they are working on rebuilding their inventory. Said it would be slightly delayed but just by a day or two. We will see.

Mine shipped from Leesa. Still not shipped from Casper.

I just finished chatting with them to see what was going on and when they expected to ship. Apparently they got slammed for the holidays and ran out of inventory. Guy said the mattress are built but the hold up has been getting the fabric for the cover, which I think comes from Germany for now. Dude said maybe wednesday possibly Thursday, then he said he was able to push me up in the production order and said should go out tomorrow. Might want to get with them and try to push things along. Customer service has been great thus far, which I could try out the mattress.

How is the Leesa?

Bought one back in July. Thought about how much I loved he mattress this morning, and then saw this thread.

They are very a personable company. Have sent me w couple hand written notes for holidays, thank you notes, Etc

My Casper shipped out today. Should have both this weekend.

I ordered mine in March and didn't get until May.

They were great to deal with over the phone. I wanted to use a Visa Gift Card to pay for some of the mattress and at first it wouldn't go through but they kept trying and we figured it out and I got to use the card.

Still love the mattress and they sent me 2 Christmas / thank you cards...not sure why 2.

They didn't launch till April, so getting it in May is not too surprising for a startup.

Makes sense. Should get the mattress on Thursday but hopefully for Wednesday. We will see.

10 mins to full shape i believe, 1 hour to sleep on recommended.

I don't think there will be smell since they don't use the fire retardant gas spray on theirs.

No odor upon opening here. No nasty chemicals!
