MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 7 is VERY good, though it lacks the emotion that made MAVERICK great. The climactic train sequence is AWESOME & the entire cast RULES, from my man Tom Cruise to the great Shea Whigham. There are 2 minor issues: Villain backstory & Ethan’s rushed bond w/Grace.

That's all you really need to know about how good this film is. The build up to, and execution of that jump is one of the craziest fucking things I've ever seen on the big screen. See it for that alone. But the rest? Goddamn incredible

I truly thought that he died shortly after the last MI came out. Pleasantly surprised to look it up and see that he did not. Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning is super fun. Twist after twist after twist. “Villain” is a little Brosnan era Bond? Atwell and Cruise have great chemistry. Kirby kills it. A little long but you get your money’s worth.
