Based on the vague description so far from the cops (crime vs attack) and video of the guys detained, all the sharp money is on the former.

We choose to believe they really are that dumb.

Gangs bangers are not the best of shots. 22 people shot seems like a reasonable number for someone who can't shoot straight.

I see a world where Mexican cartels transition from drugs to guns. Drugs are slowly leaving black market as US legalizes, and guns are entering as US cracks down there.

There is a reason you can often tell the race of a mass shooter(s) by the number of dead vs. the number of wounded.

White or Asian the number of dead is higher because they take aim at their targets.

Blacks the number of wounded is higher because they don't aim. They just blast away and hope to hit the person or persons they're after.
