Not a problem - we are all drinking out of the transparency fire hose. No one has yet adapted to this pace and volume of info. Crazy times. These stories would earn journalists awards, if the awards weren't paid for by USAID.

My guess is it was a whitewash payment to fund salaries for propagandists at Politico and had nothing to do with subscriptions for anything. We shouldn't just stop at shutting down USAID. We should be going back and rooting out fraudulent payments that were being made for something other than what was claimed. Then start prosecuting people for defrauding the government. Get a few of them to turn on the folks that set up the scheme and roll up the whole lot of them on RICO charges.
