We can only hope, after the financial crash in 2008, costing taxpayers about 3 trillion, congress wanted an audit and more transparency. Turns out, by law, the fed isn't setup that way and congress was unable to audit them. They have never been audited and likely never will be.

It was, ironically through the State Department and their embassies, which also have a strong CIA contingent within them.

I think guys like Musk and Dell are geniuses and borderline autistic. They understand their own businesses and have little tolerance for inefficiency. The federal government is the opposite of efficient.
