With all this talk about rappers (among others) being recruited by the US govt to ultimately destabilize the govt of their country…does anyone else recall an old video that circulated several years ago about LA rappers being recruited by our government to produce gangster rap? I can't find the video but I know it's out there.

At the time , it was a "what the hell is going on here," but now it is becoming more and more clear.
