You can take it one each day that you can get an appointment with the evaluator.
WOW I'd think it'd be twice, then you have to retake the CDL course before you get to try again.
What course?
There's no mandatory course. If you know the laws and can pass the exams you're good to go.
I can't believe this is real but it is. CBS Sacramento did a segment last night on the growing threat to Sikh truck drivers.

It's maddening. I did the parent taught driver's education for two kids and hauled them all over North Texas to find a driving test that didn't have a 3 month waiting period. Took one of them two tries to pass it. But this illegal, illiterate Sikh driver can still get behind the wheel of a freaking semi and drive 70+ MPH all over the country while failing the CDL test 10X??? And there's over 60K others just like him?

BREAKING: A senior official in the FL AG's office tells me initial results of their investigation into Harjinder Singh, the Indian illegal alien truck driver charged w/ killing 3 people in a crash in FL in August, reveal Singh failed his CDL test 10 times in a 2-month window between 3/10/2023 and 5/5/2023 in the state of Washington.
Additionally, I'm told Singh also failed his air breaks knowledge test twice, and that the Washington company that provided Singh's behind the wheel CDL training attested he could speak English proficiently, when he couldn't.
The FL AG investigation is ongoing and I'm told there's more to come.
The FL AG's office also sued California and Washington via SCOTUS last week, asking SCOTUS to prevent both states from issuing CDLs to illegal immigrants, and accusing both states of not complying with federal safety and immigration status requirements when issuing CDLs.
Ultimately, the state of Washington gave Singh a CDL first, then the state of California also gave him a CDL.

They can’t read English.
They don’t understand our laws.
They’re killing Americans.
And Democrats want them driving 80,000lb trucks on the road next to our families.
Enough.

Oof, I always figured 18 wheeler drivers had to get certified via a CDL "Drivers Ed" school.

Aren't Sikh and Indian driver companies racially discriminating by only hiring other Sikhs and Indians? How many white men, Asian, Hispanic, or black drivers are hired by these ethnic trucking companies you are discussing? Under disparate impact that's prima facie discrimination https://t.co/i4KD9JNcao

Many of you have probably seen the news in the last few months of two illegal aliens causing horrific tragedies on American roadways while behind the wheel of large commercial trucks.
These individuals obtained commercial driver's licenses in California due to the State's absurd coddling of illegal aliens, putting all drivers and their occupants on the roads at risk. There are thousands of these instances.
This should never have happened, as I've discussed with Secretary Duffy, who is taking steps to end these risks, keeping everyone on our roads safer! We must ensure that American drivers can read and communicate in English, for public safety.
Those responsible for these tragedies must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law; and the systems in place that allowed these illegal aliens to enter our country and get behind the wheel of these dangerous machines must be completely overhauled.
Unfortunately, in the fog of outrage, some are using these tragedies as an opportunity to attack law-abiding Sikhs and Indian-origin drivers, simply because of who they are.
Many of these law-abiding Sikhs and Indian-origin Americans are hard-working and patriotic. Most were born here or immigrated here lawfully.
They are our neighbors, our friends, and provide a legal and vital service. They believe in the American dream, and the rule of law upon which that dream was built.
These Americans are not responsible for the actions of the two reckless men behind the wheels of those trucks, and they must not shoulder the blame for the tragedies those men caused.
It is illegal under federal law to discriminate against individuals or attack or violently threaten them because of their race, color, religion, or national origin. The @CivilRights will aggressively prosecute or pursue justice against those engaged in such discrimination.
Targeting other Americans because of their race or religion is antithetical to our values as a nation.
I urge all of you, my fellow Americans, to act with reason. Those responsible for these tragedies must pay for their misdeeds. So, too, should the State of California, for enacting reckless policies.
But innocent and the law-abiding citizens and workers of all backgrounds, are entitled to the protection of federal law, and we will protect them @TheJusticeDept. Thank you!
Tough job. You've got to go home at night after shooting all those critters.Tailgate88 said:

Just like I needed to have a vaccine card to re-enter the country during COVID, but illegals could walk just straight across.
Democrats love them some low paid slaves. Nothings changed in 100 years. Its who they are.
