I don't know where you live or have lived but I grew up on the road into Big Bend NP and live in Arizona. I have zero problem believing hundreds of thousands of people went missing from here during the Biden human trafficking project. The border region is vast, harsh and I can't imagine trying to control it. When you drive the back roads you go long periods without seeing another car. When you cross the reservations you just hope you don't have a flat or other issue.

Sorry but I feel that there is something far more sinister going on here.

I posted videos a few pages back of the Sheriff expressing clear disdain for the FBI for years. The FBI went after him in 2016 for a RICO investigation they were doing on him and his department.

Back in 2016, the Pima County Sheriff's Department was under FBI investigation because high-ranking officials were using RICO funds for unauthorized purchases.

At the time, Nanos publicly attacked the FBI, saying, "If they're having problems doing criminal investigations, please call us because we have real policemen here."

Then Deputy at the time, Chris Radtke was charged with multiple felonies and ultimately pleaded to a lesser charge. Chief of Staff Brad Gagnepain, also under investigation, died by suicide that June. Sheriff Chris Nanos lost his re-election that year.

Now you can see why the Nancy Guthrie case has been a complete disaster from day one and why the department stonewalled the FBI from the start.

The corruption runs deep in Pima County.



Watch this video from Feb 6th carefully, here Nanos is talking with a local reporter and about the 1:00 mark as soon as he starts mentioning the FBI this handler steps in to cut off the interview. That the Constituent Services Director for Mark Kelly, his name is Travonne J. Smith. He is the number two to Mark Kelly's Communications Director/Senior Advisor Jacob N. Peters. Why would he be handling the Sheriff like that? Nanos is compromised for certain.
