So I bought my first suppressor through SilencerShop mid April, got the tax stamp through them as well. Got everything on my trust filled out and uploaded and got fingerprints done at their kiosk and turned stuff in around the 21st.
Their website says form 3 was submitted 4/24, form 4 is waiting on form 3 approval. Once form 3 is done is that the start of the waiting time? I guess I don't follow the whole "check cashed" comments on where in the process that is. I assume on the NFA tracker website I'm looking at the eFile form 4 for trusts bar right?

You are watching the clock from the date of purchase and you still have at least until Q1 2021.
The next key date is they sent the date to ATF and it shows up as cashed. I know they were slow to send in the past and who knows how long they will take to cash it with all of the other stuff going on.

Called this morning and they said mine was still pending, and that all they could say regarding how long it would take is that they have been averaging 10months.
Picked up my YHM Turbo K. 11 oz with QD mount. There is a direct thread mount included as well to knock off another 1/4 lb and make it an inch or so shorter. Don't see much need for either on this rifle though.
Purchased mine around April 4th. Stamp received yesterday.

No, my efile took about 5-6 weeks. Paper might be with the lost ark in some warehouse though.
Stamp came in and suppressor picked up today - 257 days from submission to receipt. Super pumped. Only part to note is that it took a little over a month from stamp approval for them to mail it out. Dealer said that is pretty normal now.Fairview said:

my 3 cleared this week. about 340 days
All these approvals give me hope... Hopefully mine will be approved in the next few weeks. I'm at 383 days.

I purchased 4 cans on the last week of March and First week of April 2020. Osprey 45, Obsidian 45, Nomad-L and YHM Resonator. All Form 4s were sent April 3, 2020.
As of today, I haven't got a single charge from ATF and I'm about to order a Wolfman in three days...

Did you call ATF to check? I know they process the forms in Georgia then forward them in Virginia right after. I'd like to know if they even received my forms to begin with. I'll give it one more week then I'll start with my FFL who processed my forms to see if they were sent and when the forms were sent and if they have delivery receipt.

As many can testify, calling NFA seldom yields any real info. In Feb 2019, the form 4's were sent to....Portland Oregon, where not a soul could even verify receipt, nor could the FFL find any info. Just an assurance (NFA) of "it's probably in the group to be processed".
FFL advised against re-submitting, assuming there would be a snafu if they finally moved on the first application. So in June my CC was finally hit. A couple of calls months apart resulted in "it's in the process". Me: "any issues noted?", NFA "No"

Bought mine from Capital. They said it should be charged in about a month. Told me If it was more than 6 weeks something was wrong and we would investigate.GSS said:

I really like it! It is compatible with all the other YHM mounts I own, also came with a direct thread mount. Handling wise on Dubi's 5# SBR, you don't even notice it, whereas the Phantom LT30 it replaced feels like an anchor on that gun. Performance wise, it'll preserve your hearing if shot indoors once or twice, but it will ring your ears. On my 12.5" SBR, it is hearing safe.
I tried several different loads with both guns and silencer combos. It was a fairly windy day, so I didn't appreciate any unpleasant gassiness that I am used to shooting a suppressed SBR, but the wind likely mitigated this. What I did notice was the lack of recoil with the Turbo, even versus the 30 cal Phantom LT.
It is a real bargain on many levels; price, mount compatibility (I really like the YHM design), thread adapter, weight and shortness. The only complaint I have is it did not come with the spanner wrenches to change out the QD mount with the thread adapter, but ours was a very early run: ordered first day available for purchase, they include the wrenches with the later runs.

No doubt my experience skewed the curve, but once the application disappears into the bowels of the NFA, I'm guessing there's not an FFL that can do any real investigation, or expect to have any influence on resolving what the hell is (not) happening.CTGilley said:Bought mine from Capital. Typically a nice enough person would answer at the 304-616-4500 number, but nor did any of them offer to do any research as to what was holding up processing (even when asked).

They sat on mine for a little over 30 days before mailing. Hopefully yours gets out faster since you've had to wait so long already.
