Anyone get a call recently? Looks like some late October F4 Trusts are coming through on NFA Tracker.
I submitted 10/19 and check cashed 11/5. No word yet.
9/26 check cashed, so hopefully shouldn't be much longer.
eForm 1 created on 12/24/20. Submitted on 1/11/21. Approval received on 2/16/21. 36 total days.

Changed to "SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS" on April 6.
Have a slight issue. ATF changed the model name on the form by removing a hyphen. Wouldn't ordinarily be an issue, but the can is already engraved with the hyphen.

If the ATF cashed my payment for my Form 4 stamp, does that indicate that I am approved? I am trying to figure out where I am in the process.

Well, no worries. Talked with the NFA Division and they said it was just fine. Their system removed the dash but my engraving would work.

Nope that is just the beginning step of the process, you have likely 200 days from being cashed to approval. That time period varies some, but for the most part that is about the average for Form 4's.
The last batch of Form 4 trust stamps my shop received were cashed in early-mid October.

Are you asking whether or not you can use your suppressor while it is at your FFL? Different FFL's have different rules the only forsure thing is you cannot leave your FFL property with the Suppressor until you have your stamp.

Depends on FFL store policy. What is their recourse if they let you shoot it some, but then your Form is denied ... sell it as-is/used NFA item to someone else?Aggieangler93 said:

The range doesn't own it. They can't sell it.

Did you get an email from the ATF with a cover letter? You had to send that in with your finger print cards to the ATF.
If not, what does your status say in the eforms portal?

I did a SBR in March of 2019 and December of 2020, both where approved right at 1 month. Both where done via eform 1, individuals. My fastest suppressor was 254 days, that was a form 4 trust.

I had two form 1s done via eform, as a trust. I think they didn't like the location of my 41F amendment but no one would answer any of my questions at the ATF, despite several calls with them.
Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, just letting the OP know that despite everyone receiving theirs quickly, longer delays can and do happen.
I got that and sent my prints. My form 1 is currently in the Submitted/In Process field.
I called them today...ATF said it was approved on March 11. I asked why in the world a month later do I not have my 2 stamps...they replied it could take up to another 45 days to actually received them....talk about being snake bit on this transaction.AggiePetro07 said:Have you called up there? Just FYI - it can actually be 180. I had some "lost in the mail" conveniently. Not trying to be a Debbie downer, just setting expectations.
