Funny you posted that today. I was waiting to get my Sico freebie submitted before emailing my rep to inquire about my submittals but I went ahead and emailed last night. He sent me that consent form today. Fingers crossed my 4 cans get approved together. I've been waiting 295 days for my nomad and about a month for 2 others. IMO that should even out.
Stupid question, did you submit this through his website or do you have an email address for him? All I can find is the website email submission and I can't attach forms to it. And by him, I mean Nehls. I've got to go to him as well.

I did all that. Gave a good summation of what I was looking for. Called the number before I submitted to ask for an email address and they told me submit through the website. They'd have a case manager get in touch with me and that person would provide me an email address where I could send documents. Tried the back door, just got to sit in the waiting room now.
Did you fill out what I linked? You can upload with that form. They got back to me pretty quickly. If it were me I would have filled out the consent and attached it in the initial inquiry to save a step.

Yes. Reply was quick requesting the consent form which I quickly returned. A day or two later I got a letter stating they submitted an inquiry to ATF…but be aware agencies have 30 days to reply before we can ask for an updated status.

I suspect that if they send you an email it puts you into their contact list. Prevents them from getting buried with unsolicited emails from people outside of their district.tandy miller said:

Finally had my amnesty stamp approved. 127 days. 3 days longer than my most recent form 4
No there is no stamp
Doubt I'm going to get any help from Tony Gonzalez in TX 23.
