Somehow two balls were in the middle of pitch. Canada threw one of them to the sideline and got ready to kickoff. Then a Mexican player picked up the other ball and threw it off the field as well. Hijinks ensued.

Well, I made it out of NRG alive. 70k announced at NRG.
The fight at the end was infuriating. Mex goes up in 90+9, Canada wants a quick restart, but Mex throws two balls out to the half line to delay. Canadian throws one ball away so they can start. Mex player kicks the other ball away, to delay so now there's zero balls and Canada can't even kick off. and Canada keeper gets the card.
Penalty was BS

Both Canada and Mexico's movement, combining, touches- I think both teams look better than USA's gold cup squad, even though USA already got by Canada.
Both Can and Mex are missing some key players, but not like USA without almost all the Europe-based players.

Will concacaf ever do anything but temporarily stop a game for the chant? I personally dont care but concacaf warned them but has not followed through.

I want FIFA to grow some balls and actually do some of the things they are threatening Mexico with. Their fans won't stop doing their chant unless something meaningful is done to the Mexican Football administration
