He went down way too easily. It was the second time in first five minutes.

Nobody is questioning the injury from the collision with the goalie. He was clearly hurt.

Another Mexican player collided with T&T goalie just before half. He got hurt too.

And it also means that if you dive and fake an injury, somebody is going to give you something that actually hurts.

My understanding is it's almost the same team as Nations league. They don't have that many Euro based players.
