I get HBO with my xfinity package. Been a lifesaver since HBO and Dish have been fighting.

I haven't had any issues with HBO Now becoming HBO Max, but I am frustrated about how all of these companies are playing out accessibility on certain devices. I get why they are doing it, but it still hacks me off.

I get there is way more content on Max than Go, but I liked the simplicity of Go vs Max. I'll get over it though.

By then they'll have HBO Max, HBO Go, HBO Now, HBO Ultra, HBO Plus, HBO Ultra Plus, HBO+, HBO Xtreme, HBO Premium, and HBO Pro.

Random note for anyone who might be interested, I was checking on my AT&T account for a bill and had an alert letting me know that I get free HBO Max. Was able to merge my existing username and cancel the account I was paying for.

Worth looking into for anyone else who might have service with them.

But HBO app still there

If you get it through Hulu I believe there would be 2 ways for you to watch since they do not have a roku/fire app yet.

1) Watch via the Hulu app.
2) Login to HBO Max website with your Hulu information.

There's a workaround now which allows you to watch on Roku via AirPlay. I've tested, and it works. Can serve as placeholder until a deal is finally struck.

I'm excited to see what he decides to do with this show. Even if its just another interview based show it would be good, but I'm expecting something a little more unique.

Yeah, thinking about it further, this might end up being a great move for Conan. It'll be interesting to see what he does without censors, and less focus on guests. (And there's still the podcast for that.)

I love Conan, but admittedly have seen maybe only two or three episodes of his TBS show since it began. Going weekly, for me at least, makes me more likely to tune in. Feels more like appointment viewing.

All of the talk shows on streaming platforms I can think of have failed pretty quickly. But none of them arguably were as big as Conan. I wonder if it's going to be hbomax/streaming only or if they'd try to run it on hbo after/paired with John Oliver or Bill Mahr (or maybe sat nights in btwn Mahr on fri and Oliver on Sun).
