The season finale is going to be so good. Great pentultimate

I don't think burt is telling Irving everything. I think, for whatever reason, Burt needs Irving to leave. And I still don't think Burt is severed.

I didn't think it was possible but I am actually starting to believe the conspiracy that Devon could be with Lumon. I'm 5% convinced. She treated Innie Mark so strangely there at the end. I can't really put my finger on it.

This was a good build up episode that set so many things in motion.... Except, I still have no idea what is in motion. Should be fun next week

I'm even more convinced of my Devon theory. Of course, I am probably completely wrong and will have egg on my face, or rather "a conspicuous lapse in discernment", as our mustachioed friend would say.

Everyone needs to at least read a summary of the after hours twilight zone episode. Gold thimble, 9th floor, mannequins.

This almost felt like the penultimate episode to an alternate, longer-running version of the series, not just the season...

- Outtie Irving finally feeling loved, if only for a brief moment, and then put a train and told never to return...

- Innie Dylan deciding to essentially end his life...

- Helly coming face to face with Jame Eagan...

- Milchick finally standing up for himself...

- Ms. Huang being shipped off to god knows where...

- Cold Harbor frozen at 96%...

- The severed floor feeling all but defunct/abandoned...

Or, rather, if feels like to the end of season three of Mad Men or the end season two of Westworld, when each show was damn near rebooted and we left many of the old sets/situations behind.

In other words, whatever happens next week, it feels like there's no coming back, and that the show will be something fundamentally different come season three.

And I could not be more excited.

Did Dylan G quit unilaterally, or did his outie agree? S1 showed you could request to quit, but your outie would have to approve. If so how did they make the outie request that same workday; he didn't leave the severed floor.

I'm still enjoying the show, but if I'm being honest, I feel like this season could be half as many episodes. A lot of nothing happened this episode.

What was with the train station by the way. Why was every one there dressed like they were in the 1940s? The ticket booth operator with vest and hat, the men with topcoats and hats, women with dresses, heels, and updos.
