All of the TCTTS and Spilner back and forth on this thread has me wondering if they are one person with two personalities. It would explain all of the 100s of other arguments they've had.

TCTTS = Steven and Spilner = Marc?
And Redstone is the 3rd personality we don't see as much

Redstone is clearly Harrow.
1)he was an early adopter of khonshu.
2)he passed judgement on people
3)turns out that he is a strange religious fanatic with some terrifying beliefs

I was struggling to find a second item. This one would have made the joke 1000xs better.

Maybe the third personality is in the process of emerging during this show?

"Steven" came to be during a time of extreme stress. The first time they mentioned a third personality this season was during that stressful fight sequence in Egypt when the two personalities were fighting over control of their body.

Third personality could be full-on Moon Knight/Konshu, making this an origin story after all.

Yeah, we know for sure there's at least a third *something* in there.

Now, I've seen it floated that perhaps this is Konshu himself taking him over at times, in which case it's not really part of Marc.
If Konshu could take control he would have already killed Harrow, imo. Has already had a few opportunities in the episodes we've seen.

The potential 3rd personality does have some issues, especially with Marc being balanced. Another being it's the final episode and there is a lot to do still. Throw in the reveal of the 3rd personality seems like it could feel too rushed and hand wavey

Did you have the sound off during the last episode?

Unless khonshu is from the NYC area, Oscar Isaac's Egyptian accent is worse than Keanu Reeves British accent.

The voice of the third person a was revealed when he was talking to harrow in the psych ward.

My only thought on why they would leave the potential 3rd personality reveal so late would be because they plan to explore that character in another series/film. Don't know how likely that is but I agree that it leaves a ton to close out on the the final episode.

This may be way off, but just walk with me here.

Could the whole "balance" boat ride thing, basically most of the last episode, have just been inside Marc's personality's mind? For an analogy to a movie, it's like going two levels deep in Inception.

Like there's two layers of false realities.

Inside the body there's two personalities, Marc and X.

Marc is then further split into Marc and Stephen. So what we saw last episode was the merging of Marc and Stephen. That was the boat analogy, that personality being "balanced," etc. All that happened two levels down.

But up a level, talking to Harrow in the psych ward, there's still Marc and X. Which is why in this episode we keep seeing Marc go between talking to Harrow and talking to Stephen, and then at one point when the flip happens it's Stephen. At various points, on that level, Marc, Stephen, AND X all talked to Harrow.

To get back to actual reality, he's going to have to deal with X next episode?

Maybe maybe not. There's been some instances of things getting left on the cutting room floor or forgotten about in previous Marvel series. Like they initially storyboarded a third personality but then ran out of time or forgot about it.

Nah, this isn't like a "small hints on the fringes" theory like on Westworld or something, it's been a core part of the show.

"Forgotten about" is too strong. "Not explained nearly well enough to satisfy viewers" is better.

If we assume that this character is going to keep appearing in the MCU then I could see a scenario where we don't actually get the name until the post-credits scene.

Yeah, I'm pretty intrigued with how they plan on utilizing the "lesser" heroes from their shows in the big screen offerings. Little cameos like with Matt Murdoch in Spider-Man or will they get more meaningful parts to play?

Have we gotten a post-credit scene in this series?

Third personality could get revealed in the credits. Maybe he meets an Avenger and introduces himself as Jake Lockley.

This is more or less exactly what I'm imagining, but instead of being an Avenger it could be like Julia Louis-Dreyfus' character or something.

"I might have a job for you... but I'm a little confused. Is it Marc or Steven?"

"Neither, name's Jake"

or something like that.

something weird definitely going on with the boat ride. I can get on board that it was all totally imagined and was just Marc and Stephen merging into 1 consciousness.

In episode 5, Marc wakes up in Harrow's office beaten and bleeding, then they drug him, and he is back on the boat. When Steven wakes up in Harrow's office, there are no cuts on his face.

Then you have the whole thing with a possible 3rd personality and the scales, doesn't make sense that it would balance without all 3 hearts. This all leads me to believe that the whole thing is in his head.

It could all be "real" and still in his head though. The Hippo does reference the Ancestral Plane (Black Panther), there is no way that Steven or Marc would know about that.

Remember in episode 1, Steven did not balance when Harrow tested him. Merging Steven and Marc together could bring balance. Marc stored all the anger and sorrow, and Steven stored the joy (if you can call get crapped on by your boss and random little kids as joy, but steven was pure of heart).

We know Khonsu can heal, but can he raise the dead? If Marc is only mostly dead then freeing Khonshu could save Marc. The lady avatar seemed to be on his side, wonder if she is the avatar for the Hippo?

When did you think you heard the third person in the psych ward?

I don't think we've seen anything of the third other than the hint of a third personality after Steven and Marc woke up surrounded by dead bodies in Egypt and both said "it wasn't me!"

But I may have missed something. I was watching the most recent episode on my cell while waiting for a flight at the airport

So a few things:

There was definitely the moment earlier in the season where neither personality remembered killing all those henchman.

It was explained that Steven was created to keep the memory of his mother as a child intact, to help with the abuse he was experiencing.

Im of the opinion that Steven created the third personality as a coping mechanism when he accidentally found out the truth about his mom. He was created to avoid the truth, so when the truth was shoved into his face, a third personality was made to deal with it.

Never read the comics or any other source material; this is purely me basing this off of my 1 time watch through.

there was also a 3rd sarco****us shaking in episode 4, hinting that another personality was trapped.

just watched episode 5...whew, that was a lot of psycho-drama. To each his own.

would have liked to have seen Khonshu, Layla, or Moon Knight in the episode.

I think the series needs a big finale / big finish. There is a lot to resolve.

revealing the third personality...freeing Khonshu...stopping Harrow...finding the killer of Layla's father...and so forth

coming into the Moon Knight series...I ranked the shows:

1. WandaVision
2. Hawkeye
3. Loki
4. F&WS

Moon Knight is definitely better than F&WS. Currently battling Loki for the #3 position. The Loki series was great until the final episode. I trust that MK will be the star of his season finale -- not some brand new character

I can understand them not having Moon Knight in the series that much. He pretty much cannot be killed, they had to nerf him until the final showdown, and this is how they chose to do it.
