I don't know. And I'm sure whoever shot didn't know either. But I think that with the current and future VP's on-site, and the fact that none of them went through metal detectors on the way in AND the fact that she tried to...ONCE AGAIN...breach a locked and barricaded area through a window, officers should assume bad intent.

Solution

Introduce the Ashley Babbitt Act and have dems "shoot it down".

There is currently no remedy for proven violations of Article 2 section 1 clause 2, when local officials violate state legislature election rules. This act triggers an immediate independent bottom up audit of process & outcome if a violation occurs.

Whether it's a violation justified for health & safety of an emergency situation (as dems claim), or whether it's nefarious (as GOP claims), there needs to be some type of road map to avoid this cluster in future.
