I bought on Monday and sold yesterday so yes I made. Only downside to buy/selling quickly like that is you have to pay short term capital gains tax. But still a decent profit for a few days. I'm hoping it goes back down again, buy again, and hold longterm, but we'll see.

The 401K balance factor is underestimated. We got a solid bounce now above where we were before the liberation day crash. When America 401K balances dip, so does discretionary spending, which then stalls economic growth, which then hurts earnings, which then makes market go down further.

Trump pumped the market and has been walking back tarriffs, so there is a good chance we chop sideways before a positive tarriff outcome squeezes us back to new ATHs. Otherwise, we get more negative catalysts and melt down playing out the cycle above.

Bought a loaf of HEB basic ass bread that was .88 before Tarpy Trump 45, Biden and now Tariffy Trump 47. Went up a few cents recently to $1.25.

Noticed most everything has gone up, again, recently. Gas by me is 2.769 as of earlier today.
