Using your lack of reasoning, I'm 100% certain you've broken many laws just this year and can be indicted.

There's running your mouth and then there's actions which include following the law as it's written.

So if you're interested in enlightening the board where lawfare judges, lawfare prosecutors, and lawfare politicians, (pardon me, those are redundant statements), choose to follow communists rules (reminder, please read about 50 history books tonight), then I'm on board with you.

McIver was indicted by a New Jersey grand jury on the 10th.

The House should remove her immediately. No one is above the law.

The Dems are hanging her out to dry hoping if they sacrifice one it will appease the masses.

She is a freshman congressman so no real standing with the lifer Dems, and no influence in the House. If her campaign backers believed she had any potential they would be pulling strings and it probably doesn't get this far.

She's an elected member of the US congress, and he was a private citizen at the time. Surely everyone is aware of that. The standard was set for booting a US Representative from the House when George Santos was expelled after his indictment. 112 Republicans joined every Democrat in agreeing that was the correct action, which Johnson as well supported, though Santos was not charged with any violent crimes.
