If you were to rank all of the Congressmen based on how much you would like 538 copies of them running Congress, I'd put Massie well within the top 5%. He's certainly got his flaws and this is not high praises considering ~50% is the cutoff to the anti-American D's (redundant, I know), but he's certainly not at the bottom of the GOP list.
People need to remember that when complaining about Massie that there is a significanly bigger issue and it's how the GOP and D's are often in cahoots together taking turns playing the roles of good/bad guys, or roles of majority do littles and minority campaign hard.
Otherwise the complaints about Massie are moreso complaints about how the do-nothing GOP Congress doesnt have everyone rallying around their do-nothing leadership.

Then maybe he should help advance a conservative agenda. What he is doing is helping the democrats while telling you he's conservative. Stop listening to his lying lips and watch what he does.Anyone hanging out wih Tucker now is on the wrong side. Wake up.

Again, Massie is telling you one thing and doing another. His actions are consistent. His words are gaslighting. He's an enemy.

This is the equivalent of being an Aggie and asking who you would root for in the turkey day football game and Massie / Tea Party responding that they have to go with the sips because the play calling on offense for the Ags just hasn't been up to their expectations and the only way to make the point is to put on the burnt orange.
And then championing that you are the true Aggie wearing orange and cheering for the sips because you have... principles.

Well, thanks for making my point that you have absolutely no understanding of the big picture and are a party over policy voter if you boil the discussion down to a my team vs your team analogy. And saying GOP = Aggies implies we must support them no matter what, which is flawed and hopefully you can at least be honest with that.
The better analogy is somewhat ideological peers (GOP) wanting to play a game of footsy with their counterparts (D's) that share little to no idological overlap, and the fans wondering why they are playing footsy when they said they were going to play football. And a player on one team (Massie and others) saying this game of footsy is wrong and refuses to help his team be the footsy winner.
Refusing to help the GOP win in footsy vs the D's is not the same as being a D supporter, or even wanting to help the D's.

Why is Trump running up a $1 trillion deficit annually? Why aren't you holding him to the same standard you want to hold Paul and Massie to?
it is hilarious how this board wants to impose purity tests on Paul and Massie but will flip any and every long held belief the second Trump proposes something stupid and then pretend they have supported it all along.

To bring this back to friendly discussion, I think most of us posting here see a similar big picture but with slight differences. However, we disagree on how to achieve said big picture. There are countless ways to achieve it all with varying degrees of difficulty and risk, but at least we are all aiming for a similar direction.
Some have blind faith that the GOP will suddenly start being conservative if we keep giving them the majority and shun anyone that strays off the plantation. This used to be the anti-Trump crowd before 2016, but now it's a strange mix of pro-Trump and those that want to go back to times before Trump as seen in Cornyn supporters. Weird bedfellows.
Others have moderate faith in the GOP but only if the people take risks in supporting bullish conservatives that aren't the typical go along to get along types. Massie, Rand, Cruz, DeSantis, Chip Roy, etc supporters fit here, including me though because of the people in the blind faith group above I'm starting to lean towards the following group.
Others have zero faith in the GOP and their supporters and want to take a wrecking ball to the whole system and hope for a better reset. If the D's keep pushing and the GOP won't put the effort in to right the ship, this might be the inevitable outcome of peaceful divorce.

If Massie isn't putting America first, then who in the hell is? Is he perfect? I'd assume not, but he's more American than 99.999% of people in Washington.

As Cernovich said, Massie and Paul should just be podcasters, where they can whine and moan about issues without actually doing anything.

Trump criticized Massie for getting remarried 16 months after his wife died.
Porn star banging and buying off Trump. Criticizing a man who's never had an affair about his marriage.
Trying to determine who's morally superior in this fight really isn't hard.
Trump's 2nd term had been disastrous. If he'd stuck with his campaign promises he'd be lock step with Massie right now.

Such a dumb take.
Nobody is "defending Iran."
His position is the exact same as Trump's on the campaign trail. These pointless foreign Middle East regime change wars hurt America.
Saying that is not "defending Iran."
My gosh, some of ya'll are really captured.
John Doyle calls out Thomas Massie for being an open borders globalist and voting against Trump's wall, ICE funding, deportations and E-Verify, as well as supporting increased legal immigration and mandating warrants for deportations.
