Where was that? The lowest I saw was $2.99 at the Walmart on 114th and Quaker.
It was on Slide. Valero I think.

🚨 What are Iran’s options to respond to the blockade announced by the U.S. military:

Has absolutely nothing to do with who's running the state.
Oil prices are now down -11% since the US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz began 24 hours ago.

Remember what I told you about replacement costs and the timing of their shipments affecting the daily prices.
Be patient. This is not a crisis, not for the US anyway.

Well there's a reason I am a little sensitive to this subject because of my personal history. Dad was transferred to the New York office of the oil company he worked for in the very early 70s. I was in junior high at the time. When the first OPEC oil shortages happened, I was an easy target. From Texas, Dad was an oil exec and let's face it, junior high is just brutal under normal circumstances but I was insulted and teased every damn day. Was pretty traumatic back then but meh, helped form me into into the cast iron b**** that I am today.

My bad, but, I do love that all things considered, prices aren't crazy high, just "hmmm, well it's just a few bucks a month, but worth it" higher. I can live with this for, well, ever, if I'm being honest. Then again, I only fill up once a month.

Physical brent prices are coming in over $130 with the paper being below $95.
Plenty of conspiracies as to why there is an all-time 30% gap, but one has to guess there will be a violent convergence, and somebody is going to get their face ripped off
