I didn't even watch yesterday. This season has been the least amount of NFL football I have ever watched.

I guess I'm going to be more of a fair weather Cowboys fan. At least as long as Jerruh is running the show.

I'll never not watch Aggie football. Never even considered it. But screw the Cowboys and NFL.

My family is shocked at how apathetic and disengaged I've become. Even at 3-13 and 1-15 I cared so much more. The Jones family is slowly killing all spirit related to this team.

They sold season as being all in and the Jones family knows they have to sell it to keep the lights on. I think behind the scenes they knew this was going to be a loser year. The real question is who will they know hire as HC? Kellen Moore? Kliff Kingsbury? Mike Zimmer? Whoever it is it wont be someone that can actually get results.

I understand you and would love some draft capital, but who are we trading? The guys that have been traded so far are solid guys that aren't on wild contracts who have been in the league for a while.

We don't really have anybody like that. Maybe Jourdan Lewis gets you a mid round pick. Has Steele been good enough to garner value? Not in my opinion. Would a team trade for Zack Martin? Probably not. Dono or Hooker getting any value in a trade? Doubtful.

Outside of Dak, the core of the team is still young with CeeDee, Diggs/Bland, Micah (assuming a Micah trade is off the table), and Guyton.

Stupid. Don't you realize that not picking up players to help this team is what Jerry does? Otherwise he'd be showing a weakness in his previous personnel decisions. To Jerry, picking up Diontae Johnson would be like admitting that he should have picked up Henry.

I know this likely isn't news to anyone:

Cowboys are the only team without a run >20 yards this season. They have the fewest rush attempts and lowest YPC.

I would be shocked if a running back isn't brought in.

Jerry Jones doesn't realize the Cowboys don't belong to him. Oh, they do, on paper and legally speaking. But, the best NFL owners understand they just hold their franchise in trust for the fans. Jerry just milks it for all the cash he can. He's done well in that department, but in the process, he's stealing away what the Cowboys really are. America's Team is an empty shell, a line on a ledger, and that is why I have decided to step away from them. I am now an NFL fan and if that means the Cowboys lose, then so be it.

Yep, been saying this. At some point (and I think we've reached that point), it'll start meaning dollars and cents and not just annoyed fans. This season is done, making Mike's departure and a Boys bounceback next year critical. I don't have faith that his ego won't get in the way and destroy that chance. We'll always be fine, but this franchise likely won't be the highest revenue team in global sports forever.
