Lawrence Frank and Tyronn Lue are the only other assistants making over one million dollars. I don't think anyone else is really close.
So Melo is visiting with the Lakers (without Kobe there to tell him that he can teach him how to be a winner), and Melo probably met with Jeanie Buss during the trip, then immediately leaves to meet with Phil Jackson.

I think so too and so does Stephen A. Smith. NY can offer him the most money, and apparently Carmello is a man who really loves his money. Stephen A Smith said that probably 10 times in his interview on Mike & Mike this morning
